Right now those signals are not findable online.

Voice and angle drafted from Brad's actual experience: military COMS recoveries, the downtown data centre flood, the seven-providers landscape, what it actually takes to splice fibre right. Brad approves, we publish. Within 90 days the 10K becomes a working pipeline, not a number.

Move 2 · Make ptcorp.ca a trust-builder, not a brochure

The site needs to do the work Brad's word-of-mouth has done in person.

Per-service pages (FTTH/FTTX, OSP/ISP, MDU, structured cabling, security, emergency repair). Project case studies on real recoveries (with permitted detail). A divisional structure ready to flip on for the new commercial / SMB / enterprise / residential arms when Brad launches them. Built in Astro on Cloudflare, fast, secure, no monthly hosting hostage situation.

Move 3 · Show up in AI answers before the carriers do

When ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI answer "who recovers downed fibre infrastructure in Ontario" - that should say PT Corp.

Right now those engines surface generic directories. We seed the authority pages, structured data, and citation footprint that gets PT Corp cited. Early movers get the citation slot. The window is open and most fibre contractors do not know the game is on yet.
